Dans cet écran vous avez la possibilité de prendre note de toutes les particularités liées au dossier.
Vous avez à disposition les champs suivants :
* Remarques : Vous pouvez noter ici toutes les remarques éventuelles concernant le dossier
* Notes internes : Vous pouvez ici saisir toutes les informations nécessaires pour votre équipe. Ces notes sont internes et ne seront visibles que par les membres de votre équipe.
Pour cela, cliquez sur le bouton  en haut à droite de l’écran, puis remplissez les champs.
Enfin, cliquez sur le bouton  en bas à droite de l’écran pour enregistrer vos modifications.
